BRANDING
As a Graphic Designer and later a Visual Designer at Product Madness, I was responsible for developing the visual direction and logo design for new events and reskins on Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots. I also assisted the team on our new game Paradise Fortune Casino by developing brand guides to be used by current and future coworkers as well as external teams, to ensure consistency across the app and marketing.
GAME BRAND GUIDE: PARADISE FORTUNE CASINO
While working on Paradise Fortune Casino, I took on the task of creating a comprehensive guide to overall branding. I wanted a single point of reference that team members could refer to for styling, tone, color palette, and links to relevant assets and templates.
I worked with the art director, UI, narrative design, illustration, and my fellow visual designers to determine the important elements that needed to be covered and best presentation practices. In the process of creating this guide, I additionally designed slide layouts, using materials that fell in line with PFC, that could be used company wide for any future game-related presentations.

LOGO DESIGNS: BIG FISH GAMES
While working on games: Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots, I created numerous logos for both LiveOps events and new slot releases. These final designs were used across the feature screens as well as on all internal and external marketing materials. I designed primarily in Adobe Photoshop with additional font adjustments made in Adobe Illustrator. Illustrative additions (hat, flowers, cogs, and vines) were repurposed from existing slot art or created in collaboration with the illustration team.

LIVEOPS EVENT BRANDING: ANNIVERSARY REELS
On Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots, I took a lead role on the liveops events- developing themes, game design, and brand approach. For each new event, I created a mood board, a guide for illustration determining pieces needed, and worked with animation and tech art to ensure the final product looked and worked as expected.
Anniversary Reels was a reskin created to celebrate our games’ anniversaries. I took inspiration from birthday themed events in other games, but ultimately wanted an approach that was both celebratory and brought in elements of slots and the color palettes of our games. For this event I was responsible for logo design, popup design, character portrait creation, cosmetic rewards, and marketing.

NEW SLOT BRANDING: GODDESS GROVE
For games: Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots, I took on the branding for some of the new studio-produced slots. This involved working with illustration to become familiar with direction, style, and theme of the slot and producing the logo, slot buttons for the lobby, and collaborating with game design to create the intro sheets, explaining how to play the new slot to players.
Goddess Grove was inspired by art nouveau and the art focused heavily on 4 elemental goddesses. When approaching the brand for this slot, I wanted to bring in elements of art nouveau framework, creating pieces that were both organic and intricate. My color palette used a lot of natural greens and browns and I contrasted these colors with bold colors to represent the each of the goddesses and their elements. I was responsible for the logo, slot buttons, text-based reel symbols, the intro sheets, and the teaser and release popups.

NEW SLOT BRANDING: PENNY’S PATISSERIE
Penny’s Patisserie was inspired by the small, local bakery and the art leaned into the colorful pastels and playful characters. When approaching the brand for this slot, I wanted to bring in elements of classic bakery signage and baking ingredients. My final designs incorporated the textures of the bakery in the assets- the woodgrain counter and a splash of flour to add movement and play to the compositions. The logo borrowed from the hanging wooden bakery sign with ornate gold text and filigree. I was responsible for the logo, slot buttons, the intro sheets, and the slot release marketing assets.
